The number of international travelers to Japan was heavily decreased by the spread of coronavirus since February. The total number in June was 2,600 which increased a little compared to the last month while still declined by 99.9% compared to the previous year. The international flight was banned by the travel restrictions that only business-related travelers were allowed to enter Japan this time.
According to the data, the oversea resident’s visit to Japan was 99.9% less than last year. There were only 2,600 visits in total.
The number of Japanese residents visits abroad was 10,666 in June which was 99.9% less than last year.
