Italian airline, Alitalia, will remove travel restrictions to Japan on August 17. The flight will take off on August 17 from Rome to Tokyo/ Haneda with 3 flights per week. The boarding procedures have changed from terminal 3 to terminal 1 at Fiumicino Airport in Rome. 

To prevent coronavirus infection, travelers are asked to keep distance with other passengers and change masks after every 4 hours on the flight. If the traveler’s temperature is above 37.5 degrees, the person will be asked to stop the trip or submit a medical certificate from a doctor. 

According to the Italy government order, all of travelers are required to notify health conditions and 14 days of self-quarantine after entering Italy.

The flight from Tokyo/ Narita – Rome was scheduled to 3 times a week. The flight information is in the following.
