Thailand will start to allow foreign business travelers to enter the country in July. Including Japan and some other countries, Thailand will allow 200 travelers to enter the country per day. The declaration of a state of emergency will extend to the end of July.
Business visitors from Japan, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, should prepare the COVID-19 negative certificate before entering the country and receive a health check in the airport. If the travelers test negative, they don’t need to do 14 days quarantine.
People with work permits, people seeking certain health treatments, foreign students, and permanent residents, would also qualify to apply for entry. The Thai government has banned foreigners from outside the country from the end of March.
