The world is panicked by serious pandemic. However, the Hubei government just announced that Wuhan, the Chinese city at the center of the outbreak, will relieve its lockdown on April 8. The city and city transportation will be available outside of Wuhan city in Hubei from tomorrow (March 25). The residents should bring “Green code” for commuting to other places during this time.

The official announcement from Hubei government comes in the following:

1. From 00:00 on March 25th, the Hubei government will relieve transportation to the outside city. People need to provide health code “Green code” to other places.

2. The Hubei government keeps implementing strict examinations to make sure the disease under control.

3. The residents should follow the rule before heading to other cities.

4. Based on completed prevention work, the local company can return to work after the virus risk evaluation.

5. The school keeps closing until a stable situation.

According to the statistic, the total death had reached 16,500 from the beginning of the Pandemic. However, on the positive side, there are almost 100,000 recoveries from the disease.

On the other hand, the U.K. became the latest nation to lockdown on March 24. In the early morning, the U.K. prime minister Johnson said people only can go outside based on special reason and minimize the outdoor activities into 1 time per day. He also mentions that if people do not follow the policy, the police have the authority to give punishment.

Therefore, each country should do its best effort to prevent the spread of the virus.
