The Coronavirus prevention group of Shanghai city held a meeting on March 31. The group issued the 4.0 resuming policy of enterprises’ production, manufacture, and service. According to the announcement, the current rate of return to work of large enterprises was 99.5%, the rate of return to work on shopping malls and logistic industry were 100% based on completed prevention work. However, the rate of return work on restaurants was 65.1%, beauty salons were 43.1%, and housekeeping was 41.2%.
Most of the industries can return to work immediately expect movie theaters, live show performance, and confined gym which should wait for the next announcement. For the travel industry, based on the situation of the pandemic, the policy will announce soon.
The 4.0 resumption policy compared to the 3.0 version. Here comes 3 points: First, the general industry can back to work directly. Second, only for confined space activity should be waiting for the notification. Third, citizen related activity would back to the line soon.
