Philippines government set the emergency policy to avoid the spread of Coronavirus disease

The IATF on Emerging Infectious Disease Spokesperson of Philipines, Karlo Nograles, announced all hotels and other similar establishments will no longer be able to make any new reservation until April 12 for preventing the spread of Coronavirus disease(COVID-19) on March 18th.

Due to 187 people have infected the disease and 14 people dead, the whole of Luzon where accounts for more than half of the country’s population will under control by an enhanced community quarantine.

The president of Philipines has also order stopped all public transportation and not allowed the people to go to the public. However, the business related to production, provision of food and medicine, banking and finance, public utilities are allowing to keep continuing for providing daily needs.

The president also allows BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) establishments and Export-oriented industries to keep operations. However, the enterprises should provide appropriate temporary accommodation and individual working place for their employee to avoid the disease spread by people’s movement.
